Do you dream about living in a place where everybody has a killer accent, 'tea' is a complete meal and you could actually make a living wearing a big hat and standing still? Well, that's too bad. The British aren't letting you in.
Because of all the bad economy business the U.K. has decided to slow down immigration so that us foreigners don't get in so easy. And if you DO try to get England, you'll have to be 'evaluated' first. Yeah, they're grading anyone who wants to come live there now.
I suggest living vicariously.
